Digital content & the 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun — but only if you gave your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming that you want your reading and any print files prepared and delivered immediately, and that you understand you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. We record that consent with your order. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase — contact us and we’ll help.

Our promise anyway

We want the reading to land. If it misses — if it’s wrong about the fundamentals, or something went wrong in delivery — write to us within 14 days at [support@yourdomain.com] and we’ll make it right or refund you. This goodwill policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Failed or undelivered orders

If payment was taken but your reading could not be generated or delivered, you are entitled to a full refund. In most cases we detect this automatically and reach out; you can also just email us.

Gifts

An unredeemed gift can be refunded on request. Once a gift code has been redeemed and the reading generated, the same digital-content rules above apply.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Star & Stone is operated by [Company legal name], [country].
